Fraktpolicy

All orders are shipped within 5 business days of receipt, Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm. Orders placed between 4 pm and 5 pm on Friday are due for processing by the following Monday. We use DHL and UPS to deliver our orders. If the shipping carrier provides a tracking number, we will update your order with the tracking information.

If an item goes on back order, we will ship the part of your order. You will not be charged with additional shipping and handling fee for the back-order shipment. 

For orders with addresses within Germany, we offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of €39 and more. For orders under €39, the charge will be €5.9.

For orders with addresses outside of Germany, we offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of €89 and more. For orders under €89, the charge will be €9.9.

Please thoroughly check the package upon receipt and promptly report any damages to us.
